Other information on the issue:

I tried using my atm to purchase airtime at an mtn outlet in mega plaza Victoria Island Lagos, I tried twice and i was debited twice but the transaction was declined, the sum of 3500 x 2= N7000. I reported to the bank, and I was only credited 3500. the transaction id are 576193578 and 576194646.

Other information on the issue:

Please I have an issue of an ATM dispense error by a union bank ATM In Ogwashi-uku Delta state of Nigeria on 14 Feb 2014 and my bank ATM card is GTBank. Up till now it has not been reversed I have even gone to the bank to fill a dispense error form and still not gotten any reversal.

Kotak Mahendra Bank | INDIA | IMPS service | Failed transaction and delay in refund of amount


I am a customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank. Customer Id is 19xxxx56. I tried to make a transaction of Rs.50,000 using IMPS service provided by Kotak Mahindra Bank Mobile Banking service on 19 Jan, 2014. While making the transaction, it showed me a error message, that the transaction could not be completed. However, the amount of 50,000 got debited from my account immediately. On calling the customer contact centre they informed me that the amount can not be credited before 5 days.

I want to be compensated for the penalties that I will face due to delayed payment and also the loss of interest on the amount that I would have earned if I kept it in SBI overdraft account. I also want to be compensated for the inconvenience caused due to not being able to meet emergency expenses.
