Other information on the issue:  
I am trying to track down the money sent to me last week from Moscow, Russia. The bank in question is Sberbank in Moscow, Russia. It has been over 10 business days now and the money is still not there. The payment advice shows my ban details in ASB BANK-Auckland NZ and the Russian bank insists on sending the money as requested. Needless to say, I have spoken to my bank numerous times and the money has never been received.  Please help!!!

CBN explains introduction of fees on ATM transactions / 2014 / NIGERIA

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Wednesday, August 20 2014 explained the rationale behind fees/charges on the extended use of other banks’ Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), saying it was to ensure that ATMs across the country continue to function to the satisfaction of all bank customers

Reserve Bank of India | INDIA | Free ATM withdrawals reduced to 3 in metros

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has reduced the number of free monthly transactions from automated teller machines (ATMs) of other banks to three from five in the metros.
The Central bank has also allowed banks to levy ATM charges beyond five transactions (both financial and non-financial) for their own account holders.
A customer will be required to pay a fees of up to Rs 20 for using ATMs beyond the permitted number of free transactions in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Hyderabad. The new guidelines will come into effect from November 1.

Other information on the issue:    I had attempted to use my GTB debit card to make a withdrawal of N20,000 from the First Bank on presidential road, Enugu. The transaction didn't go through but my account was debited. I have gone to GTB on Ogui road branch, Enugu to complain since August 5 and even filled a form, yet my money has not been refunded. I also went to First bank to complain. This is taking too long. Please Help!!!
