I made a pos transaction with Jumia on the 1st of April. It failed and I was debited. The second transaction was successful however but I was debited for both. I laid complaint immediately I was told Il be contacted in 5-10 working days. But I was contacted around 20th April saying jumia team did not receive any money on the failed transaction. I contacted Uba immediately. I was told to write a letter to the manager and I did. Since then I haven't gotten my refund and all IV been getting when I contact them is for me to wait extra 10 days. Till today I haven't gotten my refund. I find these banks don't take their customers seriously thinking they could get away with anything. I'm very upset atm I hope your network will help me resolve this issue. Il not rest till I get my money back.

I have been making complains about GTB ATM debit without dispersal since July throw calls and emails in Ghana, I went to Nigeria, November after my school exams because of the issue and was even given a form to fill and was fully assured to get my money back after 28 working days and till date noting has been done,please i will be very grateful if Global banking can help me retain my money....Thanks.

SKYE BANK / PORT HARCOURT / NIGERIA / POOR ATTITUDE BY SKYE BANK STAFF

Hello GBINetwork,

I wish to share this horrible and disrespectful experience with the Skye Bank on Agip road, port harcourt.

Exactly around 6.40pm on Saturday May 02, 2015, I went to the Skye bank on Agip road PH to make use of the ATM. I realized there were lots of people at the entrance (gate) as the bank's gate was closed. I inquired of one of the individuals standing and there were all waiting to use the ATM but could not enter the bank as the Skye bank gate men locked the gate and did not want to allow anyone into the bank.

We spent over 10 minutes trying to get them talk to us and atleast inform us on whether the ATM was working or not. The security men stood there staring and ignoring us while they were busy gisting. This is a clear act of disrespect and height of unprofessionalism. A simple response "the ATM is out of cash" to the people standing would have been appreciated rather than looking at them and ignoring them as if they are fools.

GBINetwork please make sure Skye Bank investigates this.
