ACCESS BANK / NIGERIA / DOUBLE CHARGES IN ACCOUNT

The Bank Name:                 Access Bank Plc

Account Number:                001xxxx988

Date of transaction:             December 3 2016

Transaction Amount:           N 1,500

Other information on the issue:     ‎Hi, On the 3rd of December. I was debited the sum of 1500 which up till today has not been reversed. On the 14th, I was charged double for paypal card confirmation, it was not reversed and the paypal refund for the charge has not been credited as it takes paypal just 24h to refund it after the verification. Trying to make a payment online via paypal since on the 13th and I can't as it keeps saying my funding source is not working. Please my clients are losing faith in me and calling me a Nigerian scammer already and it's bad for my business and for your bank as well cos I have to give them your twitter account and also your customer care numbers and they are viewing all my tweets to confirm that.

Attached here are the reply I get when trying to make a payment of just £100 which is about $124 via paypal. Unless you are telling me that £100 is above 65,000
    Thanks
