GTB / NIGERIA / Complaint on debit (GeNS charge)

Hello,

My name is Jubril Balogun, I am a holder of account number 003xxxx221 with your bank.

I have been enjoying the services of your bank until recently when I will be charged this GeNS charge, at least customers should be aware of this before opening accounts.

I will like to complain about the sum of 164 Naira debited from my account for the above, with the claim for a specific period, from 26 November 2015 - 06 January 2016, I will like to state my grievances as this is way too much cost to spend on SMS charges.

I will like to know if there is any resolution to this before i take further actions.

Hello

My brother tried paying for I and my senior sisters school fee via his gtbank ATM card
The school fee is 28,300 naira
He was debited 56600 naira being payment for mine and my sisters school fee,but it did not drop into the purse of my school neither did it reflect that we have paid our school fee on our school portal yet gtbank debited the money.

All this happened on the 1st of January 2016

Infact my school portal was closing that same week I had to go look for another 56600 to pay I and my sisters school fee bcus it was on new year day and we could not go to bank and lodge complain until after the festive season is over and banks have resumed work

After the festive season We went to the bank to lay a complain and fill a dispence error form

Till now nothing has been done,and we need the money urgently.

I made a transaction with my access bank card via PayPal for $40, the customer refunded the cash I sent which reflected immediately in my PayPal account but access bank is yet to credit my account after I have submitted all details to them which they confirmed via email.

On the 28th of December, I withdrew $45 from my bet365 account to my access bank account, up till now, it has not reflected in my account. I have submitted all documents to access bank which they also confirmed via email but am yet to see the amount reflect in my account.

I don't really know what's wrong. Is it a mistake choosing access bank as my bank?
